He used to be called "Solovino" (which means came on his own), but we decided he deserves a proper name so we called him Toby. We are still waiting on the results of the biopsy so the vet can know how to approach the tumor. He is eating well and is receiving treatment for rickettsia. He will stay at the vet clinic until further notice. Any help you can send our way would be appreciated.

Meet Bombon! We received her yesterday. We were told that she was hit by a car and left on the side of the road in extreme pain. She can't stand, so she'll need X-rays so the vet can see what's going on and how to treat her. She will also get an ultrasound since she is suspiciously chubby. We would appreciate any help you can send our way.

Tonny came to us in really bad shape. He arrived at the vet clinic with a heat stroke, skin problems and rickettsia. He is approximately 7-8 months old and is extremely malnourished. He is receiving treatment for rickettsia and needs to gain more weight. Yesterday he had another vet appointment we were told that he is getting better! His skin is improving and he gained 500 gr in a week (His weight was 4.5 kg last week). His road to full recovery is still long, but he is fighting and so are we.

5 Puppies and a cat rescued from abuse.

Yesterday we received a report of a homeless man who had 5 puppies tied among garbage and extremely malnourished. The homeless man was also seen hitting the puppies by the person who made the report. Thanks to volunteers, we were able to take them away from that person and are now safe. Our shelter is at its maximum capacity, but we had to do something. We are asking people to please donate so we can give these adorable puppies and cat the life they deserve.
